New album.

"Well, our new album is recorded and will be out very soon. Its not really bringing Sabaton into any different direction. Im sure that fans will recognize and like the new album. Specially if they like the sound of Sabaton on “The art of war” album."

Touring experience.

"I love being on tour. Its the best time. Always friends around me and doing the thing I love best in life. I find it simple now that we have gone away from drinking basicly at all on tour to instead staying focused on the shows. There is always something to do and I have lot of work to do so I dont wanna waste my time on being hungover anymore. And with not being drunk I´ve also started to feel much better and I get lesser problems on tour. Its great times!"

Inspiration.

"What inspires me is success. When I achieve something I struggled hard with. If I need a time to think I love to run. And if I dont wanna think at all Yoga is great."

The beginning.

"The first song I ever played in Sabaton was Shadows. I remember that we all loved it and kept playing it for a long time. The first song in any band was my first band “Mercator” and the song was called “Runaway from hell”, I still remember that riff."

Feelings on stage.

"Its absolutely great, difficult to explain to someone who has not. But after having done it maybe 800 times in my life I still love it as much! So I am quite sure I did the right choice."

Dreams & incomprehension.

"I followed my dream. I would not tell everyone how to live their lives. But I was always very driven and I had a vision and let nothing come in the way of it. There is a lot of sacrifies on the way, but now things are easing up. I'm totally a dreamer. I love to daydream. And I think its part of why I have such ease to to tour. On the flights my time literally fly away since I can just sit and dream away while enjoying some music or simply silence!"

Critics.

"I totally understand and respect people who dont like our music just as I dont like all music in the world. There are two different types of critics, constructive or destructive. The destructive is basicly people who just hate. And thats easy to deal with. I just dont care. The constructive is very interesting. Most people dont know all stories behind a decision making it easy to misunderstand us as band. I think its very important to understand what fans think."

The most important in life ...

"To have fun, not at the cost of others but through hard work. Short and simple."

Life credo.

"Its better to do it yourself."

The meaning of music.

"I think music is important in the world and there are many examples on how music affects peoples lives. Its interesting, and a bit scary since its often misunderstood and used for wrong purposes. I can think of many times when people try to connect suicides to music and so. Thats terrible."

Last words.

"Thanks a lot and hope to see you all on tour."
